Machine Introduction:
HMS Horizontal doypack pouch packing machine is the fourth generation product developed for plastic reduction and recycling. Using the current international popular servo drive technology, FE products use servo motor as the drive unit.
Select different configuration modules for the production of top sunction nozzle stand up bag,side nozzle stand up bag and shaped nozzle stand up pouch.
Suitable for viscous liquid,sauces, jams, detergents, etc.

 

Features:
1. An independent membrane-release system is adopted.
2. Automatic bottom punching servo positioning system for self-standing bags.
3. Position module for rapid conversion of edge sealing specifications.
4. Cooling device for strengthen the top seal, pouch conveyor module for maglev guideway.
5. The machine can be equipped with up to four filling station, according to the need for a single or multiple filling.
