Machine Introduction:
This machine is a new model recently developed by our company. It is a rotating machine that occupies a small area, is fast and stable, and can fill 7,200 capsules per hour. It can fill a variety of cup types, as long as the machine mold is changed. It can be done in 30 minutes. Servo controlled spiral filling, filling accuracy can reach ±0.2g. It has a nitrogen filling function, so that the residual oxygen in the product can reach 5%, which can extend the shelf life of coffee. You can use a computer/mobile phone to monitor or operate the machine online.

1.Automatically transfer powder through pipe from holding floor tank to 15L auger hopper.
2.Provide automatic control of the weight through dosing system by means of very precise loading cells and the final weight of the capsule by PLC, adjust filling weight on the touch-screen.
3.Automatic cups loading device,vertical type design, it can accommodate 500 capsules,Adopt air claw to feed capsule, stably and accurately.
4.Perimeter guarding made of Lexan or similar. Doors are equipped with door opening sensors. Machine will stop when any door opens.
