Introduction:The fully automatic case packer machine is a fully automatic packaging equipment specially developed for automated packaging.
It can be packed into boxes to realize fully automatic unmanned packaging operations.The stable production efficiency of the equipment can reach 1-5 boxes/minute.It has box missing detection, product incoming material detection, overload protection, carton position detection and etc.At each station to realize product production.Full monitoring and controllable.
The packing line can realize unpacking - packing - sealing - in-box inspection - suitable for large-scale production of pharmaceutical and daily chemical products.

1.The whole machine integrates automatic unpacking, packing and sealing equipment. It is small in size and has a high degree of automation.
2.The whole machine has an alloy frame with a plexiglass shield, a balcony design, and an open work station for easy maintenance and cleaning. It is beautiful and elegant, and fully complies with GMP requirements.
3.High-end PLC control system with 3 servo motors.
